These terms and conditions apply to your access to the expressuniform.co.uk website (“Website”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing and/or ordering any goods from our Website. If you access the Website, and/or place an order for goods, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions please do not use our Website.

The Website contains a description of the main characteristics of goods and representative pictures. Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.

This site is intended for sales within mainland England, Wales and Scotland, thus all prices are shown GB Sterling and include VAT at the rate of 20% where applicable. The sales contract is completed in England. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of or in connection with this website including orders for goods. By accessing this website you agree to submit to English law.

Any information displayed on our web site(s) or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice.

We reserve the right to:

Alter our prices and specifications without notice

To amend any instructions to embroider or print products where insufficient information is supplied or the nature of the embroidery or printing or garments so requires. Please ensure that spelling or numbers chosen are correct and that the size of garment is correct as any mistakes cannot be rectified once your order is placed.

Nothing in these terms and conditions are intended to affect your statutory rights.

How the contract for the goods is formed between you and us

By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it before despatch. We will not be obliged to sell any other goods which may have been part of your order until the despatch of your goods by us.

We may not be able to accept your order or part of your order due to one of the following reasons:

The product you ordered is out of stock

Authorisation of your payment failed

We made a pricing or product description error

You are not eligible to order from Express Uniform Ltd

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by us, by e-mail using the e-mail address provided by you. A message being recorded in the sent box of our e-mail server will be sufficient to record our attempt to contact you and we cannot be held liable for any failure of receipt of the e-mail by you.

If you change your mind about an order you have placed with us, please contact us as quickly as possible by emailing: contact@expressuniform.co.uk or by calling 01625 754 888.

If we have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent to you when you cancel it we cannot stop the order from being sent. Once you receive the order, you will have to return it to us – Please also see our returns information. All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Express Uniform Ltd until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.

Coupons issued to customers can only be redeemed once per transaction. If the fixed amount discount is larger than the total order value, the remaining discount will not be returned and will not be carried over to future orders.

Events outside our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations to you that is caused by events outside our reasonable control. In such circumstances our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period.

Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. By accessing our site you accept that communication from us will be primarily electronic through e-mail or notices posted on our website. Warranty and limitation of our liability

Our liability will be limited to the purchase price of the goods.

You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your shopping account and/or your personal information.

Goods being delivered to a UK address by us will be at your sole risk from the time of delivery to you, which will be deemed to be the date of posting.

Express Uniform (the Seller) warrants that all reasonable care will be taken to ensure the quality of materials and workmanship. In the event of any defect arising within 14 days, or a different period as specified in the general description of the goods, from the date of delivery to the Buyer, or as otherwise agreed in Writing, the Seller will repair or replace the defective goods, if required to do so, provided that: they are returned carriage paid to the Seller’s premises, and, it is proved to the Seller’s satisfaction that the defect is due to inferior workmanship or material.

The warranty excludes defects caused by misuse or neglect or arising from wear and tear and applies only to Goods bought directly from the Seller.

The Seller does not undertake to pay for the cost of repairs to defective material or goods incurred by the Seller without previous specific agreement in Writing.

The selection of appropriate PPE should be determined by local risk assessment and reference to PHE guidance.
